2. Use your keywords on the page when possible
3. Keep your keywords in the main content of the page when using them
4. Make sure your page loads quickly
5. Show signs of trust on the landing page

After two humorous anecdotes from the real world involving Canada, grapefruits and a quick-thinking boy, Nils goes on to apply the real world of crisis management to the online world.
